My name is Blair Chandler. I work with the Reiki, Healing Touch and Core Synchronism energy modalities, supporting and witnessing women in transition—divorce, depression, menopause, post-surgical care, cancer treatments, job changes, end-of-life processes, etc. I witness and assist the burning desire to regain strength and vitality—finding inner peace and contentment and embracing innate gifts and power.
Deep listening, light hand touch, and presence creates safety responses in the body and mind that can bring about clarity, spaciousness, compassion, and reminders of the healing wisdom within. Regular table time is an opportunity to relax and develop a closer relationship to intrinsic healing processes.
I call this “radical” self-care because it takes genuine courage to access this level of self- awareness and take steps to heal.
And for me? I recharge in nature, in the Boulder foothills, sitting by a stream, in epsom salt baths or hot springs. I strive to find balance between my heart and head. Quiet is an essential part of my day so I can trust my unconventional path of discovery and find my own relationships to ever-changing personal and global landscapes. I am, as Robert Fry so beautifully suggests, “a verb living into experiences rather than a noun that is fixed in its expression.”
I am honored to walk this path with you as a trusted companion and guide. We might not be able to change the world, but together we can engage in powerful learning, creating the life that we all long for.
